TAS Talks are live science presentations and feature the use of spoken word, audio and video, delivered in a storytelling format to between 25 and 800 people.
– Your venue will require a digital projector and screen or large screen TV(s), 720p minimum, 1080p or 4k for best experience
– We require a minimum of 2 hours setup time for equipment deployment and soundcheck
– TAS will provide suitable audio amplification and sound mixing if required, we use radio microphones and high quality Bose PA systems
– TAS Talks can be live streamed to various online platforms by request (additional 1 hour setup time required)
– TAS will carry out a full risk assessment and provide documentation along with a method statement for the live event
– TAS Talks are covered by £5 million public liability insurance, certificate available on request
– All adult TAS presenters are fully DBS checked (certificates available on request)
